SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free delivery worldwide for all of our products. We ship your garments through a panel of selected partner international couriers with whom we have signed business agreements. We ship from Vilnius, Lithuania. In cases when import, customs, and local sales taxes have to be paid in order to receive an order from the shipping provider, it is customer's responsibility to cover these taxes.
Nomi Fame has no control over these charges, nor can Nomi Fame predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information.
Our couriers transportation minimizes or avoids the emission of CO2 by tracking the greenhouse gas emission and preparing reports and making a contribution by purchasing carbon credits.
We work hard to fulfil your orders as promptly as possible. However, please allow between 5 and 10 working days for us to prepare your garment for shipment. Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or local public holidays.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Every shipment comes with a tracking ID, which will be provided to you via email once shipment has left our premises.
Please be aware that customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. So a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
